Section 4: Toll-gates or stations.

The Levy of Tolls Act, 1995 ( 1938 A. D. )Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 8 of 1995

The Government may establish tollgates or stations at such places as the Government may deem necessary.

The toll-gates or stations in existence at the time of the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been established under the provisions of this Act.
