Section 50: Power to make Rules.

The Jammu and Kashmir Metropolitan Region Development Authorites Act, 2018Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 49 of 2018

(1) The power to make all rules under this Act shall be exercisable by the Government by notification in the [Government Gazette].

(2) Without prejudice to any power to make rules contained elsewhere in this Act, the Government may make rules consistent with this Act generally to carry out the purposes of this Act.
