Section 29: Power to exempt.

The Jammu and Kashmir Money Lenders and Accredited Loan Providers Act, 2010Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 23 of 2010

The Government may, after consultation with the Reserve Bank, by notification in the [Official Gazette], exempt such money lenders or accredited loan providers, from all or any of the provisions of this Act, subject to such conditions as it may deem fit and for such period as may be specified.
