Section 18-D: Appeals.

The Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Act, 2000Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 20 of 2000

(1) Any person aggrieved of any decision of the Chief Electoral Officer, may prefer an appeal to the Special Tribunal constituted under the Jammu and Kashmir Special Tribunal Act, 1988.

(2) Appeals shall be preferred within a period of 15 days from the date of decision.

(3) The decision of the Special Tribunal shall be final and conclusive.
