Section 206: Regularisation of certain buildings.

(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in section 205, the Government may, in the public interest, regularise the buildings in any area whether constructed with or without sanction of the municipality and for which no building scheme/Master Plan or town planning scheme/Master Plan has been sanctioned.

(2) The municipality may, in respect of the area covered under sub-section (1) of section 205 proceed to provide internal services as defined in the said sub-section to the owners of the buildings and plots and shall impose a fee for providing the same in accordance with the provisions of section 70.
