Section 301: Corrupt practice entailing disqualifications.

The Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Act, 2000Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 20 of 2000

The corrupt practice specified in section 302 shall entail disqualification for membership of municipality for a period of six years counting from the date on which the finding of the authorised officer as to such practice has been given :

Provided that the Government may, for reasons to be recorded, remove the disqualification or reduce the period thereof.
