Section 33: Records and publication of proceedings.

(1) Minutes of the proceedings at each meeting of a municipality shall be drawn up and recorded in a book to be kept for the purpose, which shall be signed by the Chairman of the meeting or of the next ensuing meeting.

(2) The minutes of the proceedings referred to under sub-section (1) shall be published in such manner as the Government may direct, and shall, at all reasonable times and without charge, be open to inspection by any inhabitant.

(3) A copy of resolution passed at any meeting of a municipality shall, within three days from the date of the meeting, be forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner and the Director.
