Section 35: Appointment of Director.

The Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Act, 2000Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 20 of 2000

(1) The Government may by notification appoint a Director, and subject to such conditions and restrictions as it may deem fit, may invest him with all or any of the powers conferred on the Government by this Act.

(2) There shall be such other classes of officers as the Government may, by notification, declare and the Government may appoint as many persons as it deems fit to be officers of these classes and declare what powers under this Act shall be exercised by the officers of each class.
