Section 13: Publication of results of elections.

The Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Corporation Act, 2000Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 21 of 2000

The names of all persons elected as Councillors shall, as soon as may be after such election, be published by the Chief Electoral Officer in the [Government Gazette] :

Provided that the names of all the councillors elected at a general election shall be so published as far as possible simultaneously
