Section 158: Contracts by Corporation.

The Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Corporation Act, 2000Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 21 of 2000

(1) Subject to the provisions of section 159 the Corporation shall be competent to enter into and perform any contract necessary for the purposes of this Act.

(2) The contracts by the Corporation under this Act would be made in the manner prescribed.
