Section 399: Power of Government to require production of documents.

The Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Corporation Act, 2000Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 21 of 2000

The Government or the Director may at any time require the Commissioner––

(a) to provide any record, correspondence, plan or other document in his possession or under his control ; and

(b) to furnish any return, plan, estimate, statement, account or statistics relating to the proceedings, duties or works of the Corporation or any of the Corporation authorities.
