Section 78: Constitution of special funds.

The Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Corporation Act, 2000Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 21 of 2000

(1) The Corporation shall constitute such special fund or funds as may be prescribed by regulations and such other funds necessary for the purpose of this Act as may be so prescribed.

(2) The constitution and disposal of such funds shall be effected in the manner laid down by regulations.
