Section 19: Power to remove difficulties.

The Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Ombudsman Act, 2010Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 20 of 2010

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of the Act, the Government may, by order published in the [Official Gazette], make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act, as may appear to be necessary for removing the difficulty :

Provided that no order shall be made under this section after the expiry of two years from the date of commencement of the Act.
