Section 2: Definitions.

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,––

(a) “Schedule” means a Schedule to this Act ;br

(b) “Sub-Registrar” means a Sub-Registrar appointed under [the Registration Act, 1908 (16 of 1908)] ;br
