Section 20: The Academic Planning Board.

(1) The Academic Planning Board shall consist of the following persons, namely :––

(a) the Pro-Chancellor ... Chairman

(b) the Vice-Chancellor ... Member

(c) two Directors of Law Universities ... Member to be nominated by the Chancellor

(d) two eminent Professors of Law, to be ... Member

nominated by the Vice-Chancellor

(e) the Advocate General of the [State] ... Member

(f) Chairman of State Bar Council of ... Member. Jammu and Kashmir

(2) The meeting of the Academic Planning Board shall be called once in a year to develop plans on the future programmes of the University and recommend the same for the consideration of the Academic Council and Executive Council. It shall also recommend long term plans on different activities of the University as and when found necessary.
