Section 22: Exemption from tax.

The Jammu and Kashmir Panchayati Raj Act, 1989Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 9 of 1989

Subject to any rule made in this behalf, the [Government of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] may, by order, exempt in whole or in part from the payment of any tax imposed under this Act, any person or class of persons or property or description of property.
