Section 49: Procedure for conduct of business.

The Jammu and Kashmir Panchayati Raj Act, 1989Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 9 of 1989

Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the [Government of the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] may make rules to––

(i) regulate the conduct and distribution of business and practice before a Panchayati Adalat ;

(ii) prescribe the time and place at which the Panchayati Adalat shall sit.
