Section 81: Power to make bye-laws.

The Jammu and Kashmir Panchayati Raj Act, 1989Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 9 of 1989

Subject to any rule made by the [Government of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir], a Halqa Panchayat may make bye-laws for carrying out its duties and functions conferred on it under this Act. Any such bye-laws shall be made with the approval of the prescribed authority.
