Section 13: Vacancies etc. not to invalidate proceedings.

The Jammu and Kashmir Paramedical Council Act, 2014Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 7 of 2014

No act or proceedings of the Council shall be invalid merely by reason of,––

(a) any vacancy thereon or any defect in the constitution thereof ; or

(b) any defect in the election or nomination of a person as a member thereof ; or
