Section 36: Accounts and Audit.

The Jammu and Kashmir Paramedical Council Act, 2014Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 7 of 2014

(1) The accounts of the Council shall be prepared before such date and at such intervals and in such manner, as may be prescribed by regulations.

(2) The accounts of the Council shall be audited by a registered chartered accountant.

(3) The audit fee of the chartered accountant shall be such, as may be fixed by the Council, by regulations.

(4) As soon as the accounts of the Council are audited, the Council shall send a copy thereof, to the Government, in such manner, as may be prescribed by regulations.
