Section 39: Prohibition of collection of capitation fee, donation etc.

The Jammu and Kashmir Paramedical Council Act, 2014Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 7 of 2014

No person or paramedical institution who is in charge of, or is responsible for the management of any para-medical institution, shall,––

(a) accept, either directly or indirectly, any donation, gift or other payment (by whatever name called), whether in cash or in kind, or any amount by way of capitation fee ; or

(b) receive any fee or amount in excess of scale of fees presented by the Council.
