Section 17: Repeal and savings

The Jammu and Kashmir Plant Diseases and Pests Act, 1973Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 14 of 1973

(1) The Plant and Crop Protection Act, 1990 (I of 1990) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under any of the provisions of law so repealed under sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have been done, or taken under this Act.
