Section 11: Appeal

The Jammu and Kashmir Preservation of Specified Trees Act, 1969Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 5 of 1969

Any person aggrieved or affected by an order of the prescribed authority under this Act may, within sixty days from the date of the order, prefer an appeal to the Financial Commissioner.
