Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Jammu and Kashmir (Prevention of Unfairmeans) Examinations Act, 1987Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 20 of 1987

(1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir (Prevention of Unfairmeans) Examinations Act, 1987.

(2) It extends to the whole of [the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir].

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the [Government Gazette], appoint.
