Section 7: Offences to be non-cognizable and non-bailable

The Jammu and Kashmir (Prevention of Unfairmeans) Examinations Act, 1987Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 20 of 1987

Notwithstanding anything contained in [the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974)], all offences under this Act shall be non-cognizable and non-bailable.
