Section 86: Appeals from orders of District Judge.

The Probate and Administration Act, 1977 (1920 A.d.)Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 29 of 1977

Every order made by a District Judge or District Delegate by virtue of the powers hereby conferred upon him shall be subject to appeal to the High Court under the rules contained in [the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908)] applicable to appeals.
