Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Jammu and Kashmir Professions, Trades, Callings and Employment Tax Act, 2005Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 9 of 2005

(1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Professions, Trades, Callings and Employment Tax Act, 2005.

(2) It extends to the [whole of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir].

(3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the [Government Gazette].
