Section 19: Administration of the Fund.

The Jammu and Kashmir Professions, Trades, Callings and Employment Tax Act, 2005Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 9 of 2005

(1) The Fund shall be held and administered on behalf of the Government by a Board consisting of––

1. Minister Incharge Finance Department … Chairman

2. Financial Commissioner/Principal Secretary … Member to Government, Finance Department

3. Financial Commissioner/Principal Secretary … Member to Government, Public Works Department

4. Commissioner Sales Tax … Member

5. Director Accounts & Treasuries … Member

6. Director Employment … Member.

(2) Commissioner Sales Tax shall also be the ex officio Secretary of the Board.

(3) The Board may co-opt any other person as a member of the Board :

Provided that the member or the members so co-opted shall not exceed three.
