Section 1: Short title and commencement.

The Jammu and Kashmir Property Rights to Slum Dwellers Act, 2012Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 11 of 2012

(1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Property Rights to Slum Dwellers Act, 2012.

(2) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the [Government Gazette], appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas.
