Section 22: Power to remove difficulties.

The Jammu and Kashmir Property Rights to Slum Dwellers Act, 2012Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 11 of 2012

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of the Act, the Government may, by order published in the [Government Gazette], make such provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act, as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for the removal of the difficulty :

Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiration of two years from the commencement of the Act.

(2) Every order made under this Section shall, as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before each House of Legislature.
