Section 21: Delegation of powers and functions by Board.

The Jammu and Kashmir Property Tax Board Act, 2013Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 11 of 2013

(1) The Board may delegate any of its powers and functions including financial powers to the Chairperson of the Board by a resolution adopted by it in this behalf.

(2) The Board may also delegate any of its powers and functions to the Secretary or any officer of the Board by a resolution adopted by it in this behalf.
