The Jammu and Kashmir Property Tax Board Act, 2013Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 11 of 2013

(1) The Board may establish regional offices in the [Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] with appropriate staff with the prior approval of the Government.

(2) The Board may reorganize its departments and regional offices from time to time as required to implement the provisions of the Act.
