Section 21: Repeal and Savings.

The Jammu and Kashmir Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 2018Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 13 of 2018

The Jammu and Kashmir Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 2012 (Act No. XV of 2012) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or action taken or orders, notifications, directions issued under the provisions of aforesaid repealed Act, shall be deemed to have been taken under the provisions of this Act.
