Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Jammu and Kashmir Registration of Tourist Trade Act, 1978Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 9 of 1978

(1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Registration of Tourist Trade Act, 1978.

(2) It shall extend to the [whole of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir].

[(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may by notification in the [Government Gazette], appoint.]
