Section 27: Revision.

The Minister-in-Charge, Tourism Department may at any time call for the record of any case pending before or disposed of by any authority under this Act and if in any such case it shall appear to the Minister-in-Charge that any order passed or proceeding taken should be modified, annulled or reversed, he may pass such order as he may deem fit for reasons to be recorded and such order shall be final :

Provided that no order under this section shall be made to the prejudice of the person unless he has had a reasonable opportunity of being heard either personally or through counsel or by a duly authorised agent.
