Section 4: Certain rights and privileges not to be affected

The Jammu and Kashmir Shops and Establishments (Licensing, Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2025Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 6 of 2025

Nothing contained in this Act shall adversely affect any right or privilege to which any worker is entitled, under any law, award, agreement, contract, custom or usage for the time being in force.
