Section 19: Members, officers and employees of the Board to be public servant.

The Jammu and Kashmir Shri Shiv Khori Shrine Act, 2008Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 4 of 2008

The members, officers and employees of the Board shall, while acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or any bye-laws made thereunder, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the [Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860)].
