Section 11: Self Certification by the Applicants

The Jammu and Kashmir Single Window (Industrial Investments and Business Facilitation) Act, 2018Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 10 of 2018

(1) In order to comply with the provisions of the relevant laws, every applicant shall furnish requisite information with self-certification, in such form as shall be prescribed, at the time of submitting the e-application.

(2) The self-certification furnished as per sub-section (1) by the applicants shall be accepted by the Competent Authority for the purpose of granting of clearances and giving other benefits to the applicants.
