Section 12: Appeal.

The Jammu and Kashmir Special Security Group Act, 2000Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 6 of 2000

(1) Any member of the Group aggrieved by an order under section 11 may, within thirty days from the date of such order, prefer an appeal to a Board to be constituted by the Government.

(2) The Board shall consist of such persons as may be prescribed.

(3) The decision of the Board shall be final and shall not be called in question in any court or tribunal.

(4) The Board shall have power to regulate its own procedure.
