Section 9: Officers of the Cluster University.

The Srinagar and Jammu Cluster Universities Act, 2016Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 3 of 2016

The following shall be the officers of a Cluster University:––

(1) the Chancellor ;

(2) the Pro-Chancellor ;

(3) the Vice-Chancellor ;

(4) the Financial Advisor ;

(5) the Educational Advisor ;

(6) the Registrar ;

(7) the Controller of Examinations ; and

(8) such officers as the Statutes may declare to be the officers of a Cluster University.
