Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of Technical Education Act, 2002Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 4 of 2002

(1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir State Board of Technical Education Act, 2002.

(2) It extends to the [whole of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.]
