Section 12: Acts and proceedings of Board not to be invalidated by vacancy, etc.

The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of Technical Education Act, 2002Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 4 of 2002

No act or proceeding of the Board shall be invalid merely by reason of––

(a) any vacancy or defect in the constitution thereof ;

(b) any defect in the nomination or appointment of any person acting as a member thereof ; or
