Section 24: Powers of revision by Government.

The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of Technical Education Act, 2002Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 4 of 2002

Without prejudice to the generality of the powers conferred on it under this Act, the Government may, by order in writing annul any proceeding of the Board or of any of its authorities, which on the face of it is not in conformity with the provisions of this Act or the rules or regulations or bye-laws made thereunder :

Provided that before making any such order the Government shall give the Board an opportunity to show cause why such an order shall not be made.
