Section 29: Inspection.

The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of Technical Education Act, 2002Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 4 of 2002

The Government may, at any time, arrange for an inspection of or inquire into the affairs of the Board by such authority or person as it may specify, to satisfy about the proper and effective functioning of the Board and also upon any matter connected with the administration or the finance of the Board.

(2) The Board may authorise any person to represent it at the inspection or inquiry referred to above.

(3) On receipt of the report of inspection or inquiry referred to in subsection (1), the Government may examine the same and give such directions as it may consider necessary to the Board.
