Section 32: Protection of action taken in goodfaith.

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the [Custodian General or the Custodian] or any person acting under his direction in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any [rules or orders] made thereunder.
(2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government, [the Custodian General] or the Custodian or any other person in respect of any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any [rules or orders] made thereunder.
