Section 36: Fees payable to the Custodian.

The Jammu and Kashmir State Evacuees’ (Administration of Property) Act, 2006 (1949 A. D.)Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 6 of 2006

(1) The Government may prescribe the fees payable to the Custodian for the management or disposal of the property vested in him.

(2) Such fees shall be payable out of the income or sale proceeds of such property and shall be a first charge on the property.
