[4-A. Appointment of staff.—(1) The Custodian General may, with the approval of the Minister Incharge Evacuee Property Department, appoint such officers and employees as may be required for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) The method of recruitment and conditions of service of the officers and employees appointed under sub-section (1), shall be such as may be prescribed.
