Section 22: Annual report.

The Jammu and Kashmir State Road Safety Council Act, 2018Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 5 of 2018

(1) The Council shall during each financial year, prepare in such form and at such time, as may be prescribed, an annual report giving a complete account of its activities of the previous year and submit such report to the Government.

(2) The Government shall lay such report before the [Legislative Assembly of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir], as soon as may be, after the receipt of the same.
