Section 24: Directions on the question of Policy.

The Jammu and Kashmir State Sheep and Sheep Products Development Board Act, 1979Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 9 of 1979

(1) The Board shall discharge its functions under this Act, according to the policy or directive given by the Government.

(2) If any dispute arises whether any matter is or is not a matter in respect of which the Government may issue a direction under sub-section (1), the decision of the Government thereon shall be final.
