Section 29: Authentication of proceedings.

The Jammu and Kashmir State Sheep and Sheep Products Development Board Act, 1979Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 9 of 1979

All proceedings of the Board shall be authenticated under the signatures of the Chairman or the member presiding in the absence of the Chairman and all orders and other instructions issued by the Board shall be authenticated by the signature of the [Managing Director] or any officer of the Board so authorised.
